Twin 4" fans supplement the AC in the bedroom. The bedroom is a storage room, so the airflow is not great. The AC does cool the air and the fans keep it moving to me.

Just my opinion.

Reno weather guessers have raised their bet to 102F for today (Arrgh!) and the smoke from California remain heavy (less than a mile visibility). I hope we don't lose power because our fans and swamp cooler are keeping us alive here.

Reno; Cooler today, lower 90s, but smoke is worse, less than 1/2 mile visibility and smell.

Northern California fires still not controlled.

It's Smokey here, which means its cooler and that is nice. Low 90s here as well.

Looks like rain coming! Most of the 10 day is wet. I sure hope that it's a good winter.

I only give the weather guessers a 50% chance of being 'close' to what actually happens. But I'll take any rain we get, gladly.

You folks can’t win for losing. Some where in - I think - California they tried to do a con trolled burn and lost control.

Better put the pontoons on the electric bike.

I put the tire chains and shovel back in the Jeep, is that acceptable?

Probably, for now. I can't recommend making any trips down into the valley.;)

Our weather guessers say snow levels will still be high, around 6000 ft. Temperatures generally above freezing.
What I worry about is flash flooding. @Atlas is on the west side of the mountains and will get hit with the heavy rains before we do here in Reno. This whole weekend is supposed to be very wet...

5 to 10 inches of rain forecast depending on elevation and location.

As long as there isn't a line of animals passing 2 by 2 you'll be fine.

I saw an article where the storm brought Lake Tahoe an inch above the natural rim..
Thats the good news.

The bad news is that was only a few inches and “full” is 6 feet above the natural rim.
