I'll assume you are aware of this proposed change; Amendment 25. While some news "sources" are saying this is aimed a President Trump, I think it is more likely a tool aimed at removing Biden, if he wins the Nov. election. That would put Kamala Harris in the office.

Beware and keep your awareness on this proposal. You will find plenty of reports in MSM sources, just search for "Amendment 25" or "25th Amendment".

I do not know how likely this is to pass into law or it may just become a "policy" change without full force of law.

Since I was not at the top of my civics class, how can they legislate a change to a constitutional amendment? Or for thay matter just a rule change?

We're talking legalese and a group who already don't want the US Constitution to be "The Law Of The Land".

The 25th Amendment was already changed, in 1967, after Kennedy's assassination.

Something which is being avoided in the news is that any change must be "Ratified" by both the Senate and the House of Representatives... That could happen, IF (big if) Biden wins the election (voter fraud?). If Trump wins, then Ratification is Much, Much less likely.

More stirring of the swamp must ensue in the next few weeks.
