I do a lot of eggs, in many ways. This is basic egg recipes which will fit with prepper food stocks, even if all you have are powdered eggs. (PS get a chicken, do it right).

Ok, I hope that this isn't too personal. When you make scrambled eggs, do you add milk, water or nothing? Do you scramble them in a bowl or in the pan while cooking?

I had now idea there was so many ways to do this, but there is.

Recipes are not personal secrets so:
Yes, I use milk, scramble in a bowl first, using a fork. It really helps to make the eggs frothy which takes a lot of stirring. Cook until dry to suite your taste.

Chopped green peppers or onions go in during the stirring. They need longer to cook.
Grated cheese can be added just before serving.

    That's a good one.

Julia Childs taught me to use water in the eggs, instead of milk. She said it makes them fluffier. I can't tell the difference personally.
